This band is put together by these guys that just love to play the blues and specifically Texas blues.

Let's start with Huck "Huck-a-Buck"; his real name is Crawford Lee Silas. Born in Beaumont, Texas in 1947. At the age of 18, he played with John Oliver Jackson and played drums for Johnny Taylor. His influences are Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Little Milton and Z.Z. Hill. He had plenty of chances to hit the road but Momma said "No".

"Blind Dog" Bobby Hodges aka John Hodges doesn't remember when he was born but could remember living in Austin in the 70s... he never left. He played in "The Blues Power Band" through the 90s. His influences are Stevie Ray Vaughn, Albert Collins, and Freddy King.

Paul Boone was born in Port Arthur, Texas in 1957. He's got hair and a voice like Willie Nelson and has sat in with people like Tab Benoit, Ervin Charles, Willie Long in Dallas, Mark Chestnut, Danny Hill, and Scott McGill. His influences are Nickie Rafelly and Sonny Boy Williamson.

"Doc" Bradford was spoken of by Ed Ivey in Blues Review Magazine, Sept 1999, who said, "He Loves the blues and it shows in his playing. His work is rock-solid". A Beaumont Enterprise, March 31, '94 article quoted Tom Hunter speaking of "Doc" with, "He lays down a steady bass line and has been complemented by truly professional musicians". Doc's easy-going manner and professionalism has made him one of the most in-demand bass players in the Golden Triangle.

Kyle Broussard was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He played in the Cat Daddy Band through the '90s. He is a solid performer that doesn't miss a beat. His influences are Ervin Charles, Tom Hunter, Buddy Guy, Buddy Ricks, Chris Layton. Bradley Bennett was born in Port Arthur, Texas in 1956. His influences are R.L. Burnside, Albert Collins, Howling Wolf, Albert King, Lightning Hopkins, Jimmy Vaughn, Ansen Funderbird, Fabulous Thunderbirds. He has set in with Huck-a-Buck, Ervin Charles, Rodger Ward Band, Storm, Stone cold. Bradley owned and operated Bradley's Blues, 1997 in Beaumont, Texas.
