Betty Ladas is a combination of Blues and Country, wrapped up in a Louisiana woman whos not afraid to tell it like it is. Her style moves from provocative to sentimental to down right irreverent. She has sung from St. Louis to Oklahoma, Texas to Iowa. Equally at home performing at a motorcycle rally or a mayors conference, she sees a song in just about everybody she meets, and swears men are going to stop asking her out because she writes about them! Part of her music roots were grown in the French Quarter of New Orleans where she lived for several years. She has written a full length Broadway style musical and several custom songs for conventions, special occasions and dedications as well as commercial jingles. The acoustic solo performance is her favorite venue, however, because it gives her a one-on-one connection to the audience.

Betty will be moving from Lake Charles, Louisiana to Nashville in April. Part of the plans for the new house include a Louisiana Room so all her music friends from Louisiana and Texas will feel at home.
