Beaumont needs a good coffeehouse in your area. I hear they have 2 near the mall now, but I try to avoid malls every chance I get. That other coffee-house in the beautiful tree-shaded West End (on Phelan, I think) is about as bad a one as I've ever had the misfortune to patronize twice. (I figured one bad cappucino could be a fluke; two strikes and a sucky coffee-house out with me ;-) Best of luck on your venture. I'll stop by next time I'm in town.
